Physical Effects 

The crown chakra is tied to the functions of the nervous system and the entire  skeletal system of the body. It influences the pineal gland, all nerve pathways and electrical synapses within the body. It is also linked to the balanced functioning of  the hemispheres of the brain.

  Metaphysical Effects 

This chakra is the link to our spiritual essence. It aligns us with the higher forces of  the universe, and it is powerful in the purification of our subtle bodies in preparing  them as separate vehicles of consciousness. It can open one to all past lives and  how they have led to this point within the present incarnation. It is critical to integrating our spiritual self with our physical self within the circumstances of our  present life.

Emotional/Mental Attitudes Causing or Reflecting Dysfunction
