I had plenty of Denver omlets in my life and enjoyed every one of them. I had one in Denver before and it was good as well. This one is the best so far. Maybe because of the sentimental value. Who knows? Anyway, I ate this delicious mix of ham, onions & green peppers wrapped in eggs, then topped with cheese at the Sapp Brothers Truck Stop off of Quebec exit 278 I-70.
