Daily Diet Catch up: 10-3-14

I'm sorry I haven't been posting the past couple days. I've been real busy from before sunrise until way after. I've just been too tired. However, here is a few of the items I ate over the past couple few days. After reviewing my diet since I started keeping track with this blog, I've noticed my sugar intake is high. My "sweet tooth" gets to bugging, and I give in with ice cream, candy, gum and whatever sweets I can eat. Now that I'm aware of it, it's gonna be cut down...way down on the sugary snacks. Plus, I've been drinking more soda than usual. That's gonna get stop as well.
